We understand that sometimes things change after you place an order—whether it’s choosing a different shade or updating your shipping address. What we can update depends on the status of your order.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet
    We may still be able to make changes, such as updating the address or switching your selected shade.

  • If your order has already shipped
    Once a package is with the carrier, we unfortunately can’t make changes. In some cases, you may be able to collect the package at the original address. If not, don’t worry—we’ll work with you on the next steps.

  • Check your email: Your tracking link is included in your order confirmation email.

  • Click the link: It will take you to the carrier’s page with the latest updates.
