What’s Happening

Sometimes carriers scan a package as “delivered” before it actually arrives. Other times, the package may be placed in the wrong mailbox or left with a neighbor.

What You Can Do

1. Check your address and delivery area

   • Make sure the shipping address on your order is correct.

   • Look around your mailbox, front porch, or any common delivery area.

2. Ask around

   • Check with neighbors or anyone in your household who may have accepted the package.

3. Give it a little time

   • In most cases, packages show up within 1–2 business days after being marked as delivered.

4. If it’s been more than 3 days

   • Please reach out to us, and we’ll step in to help resolve the issue.
