What You Need to Know

If your tracking shows no shipment activity, it usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned your package into their system yet. This can happen if the package hasn’t been picked up, or if the first scan was missed at the shipping facility.


What You Can Do

  • Check your tracking: Sometimes the first update only appears once the package reaches a sorting center.

  • Allow some time: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking activity to show after you receive your confirmation email.


What to Do Next

If no activity appears after 48 hours, reach out to us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, process a replacement order right away to make sure you receive your package.


Why This Happens

  • Carrier scan delays – Packages may not be scanned at every checkpoint. This doesn’t mean it’s lost, just that the carrier hasn’t updated the system yet.

  • Transfers between carriers – Depending on your shipping method, your package may move between multiple carriers. Tracking often won’t update until the new carrier scans the package.

  • International shipments – When orders travel across borders, tracking may pause until customs clearance or arrival at the local hub.


Standard Shipping Timeframes

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 6–8 business days (DHL + USPS for last-mile delivery)

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 4–5 business days (USPS Priority)

  • International Shipping: 8–12 business days (Asendia + local postal service)


What This Means for You

  • Your order is almost always still moving, even if tracking hasn’t updated.

  • It’s normal for there to be a gap in scans, especially while DHL is transferring to USPS (for U.S. standard shipping) or while Asendia hands off to local carriers (for international).

If there’s no new scan after a reasonable time:

  • U.S. orders: We’ll keep monitoring and will step in if we don’t see an update after 8 business days (standard) or 5 business days (expedited).

  • International orders: We’ll follow up if no update is seen within 12 business days.
